Payment Information
At Ricambi Crew we offer secure and convenient payment methods for all orders placed on ricambi.lv.
All payments are processed in EUR (Euro).
1. Card Payments (Visa / Mastercard)
We accept:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Debit & Credit cards
Card payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Revolut / Stripe / PayPal or other partners).
We do not store your card details on our servers.
2. Bank Transfer (SEPA)
You can pay for your order via a standard SEPA bank transfer.
After placing an order, you will receive an invoice with:
- IBAN
- BIC/SWIFT
- Company name
- Payment reference
Orders are processed once the payment is received.
3. PayPal / Revolut Pay (если есть, если нет — можешь убрать)
We also support secure payments via:
- PayPal
- Revolut Pay
These methods allow fast checkout and buyer protection.
4. VAT Invoices
As an EU-registered company, we provide:
- VAT invoices for consumers
- Reverse-charge invoices for EU businesses (valid VAT number required)
- 0% VAT invoices for non-EU customers

5. Currency
All prices and payments are processed in EUR.
If you pay in another currency, your bank may apply a conversion fee.
6. Security
All online transactions are protected using:

We never access or store your card information.
7. Order Processing
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
Once payment is confirmed:
- the order is packed
- tracking number is generated
- parcel is shipped according to our Shipping Policy
