Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ricambi Crew (SIA Ricambi Crew, Latvia).
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how you can return products or request a refund.

1. Right to Return (EU Consumer Rules)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to return purchased goods within 14 calendar days after receiving them, without giving any reason (EU “Right of Withdrawal”).

This does not apply to B2B purchases.

2. Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused
  • must be in original packaging
  • must include all original accessories, labels, and documentation
  • you must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order email)

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • electrical components (sensors, ECUs, coils, relays, pumps, switches)
  • electronic modules
  • special orders / custom orders
  • items that were installed, tested, mounted, or show signs of use
  • fluids, chemical products, oils
  • products damaged due to improper installation or use

This rule follows standard motorcycle and automotive parts return policies.

4. Return Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@ricambi.lv with
    • order number
    • your name
    • reason for return (optional for consumers)
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Send the item to the return address we provide.

Return shipping costs

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • In case of our mistake (wrong item shipped), we cover the cost.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • refund will be issued within 5–10 business days
  • to the same payment method that was used for purchase

We do not refund:

  • delivery charges
  • return shipping costs
  • customs/import duties (if any)

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • photos of the item
  • photos of packaging
  • order number

We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.

7. Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is shipped.
After dispatch, the standard return rules apply.
