Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how SIA Ricambi Crew (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on ricambi.lv.

We ship motorcycle parts and accessories across the European Union and internationally.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items
  • 3–7 business days for special orders or items coming from suppliers

Processing time may be longer during holidays or unexpected delays (we will inform you by email).


2. Shipping Methods

We use the following delivery methods:

2.1. Standard Postal Delivery

  • Latvijas Pasts
  • Deutsche Post
  • Poste Italiane
  • Other national postal services depending on warehouse location

2.2. Express Courier (on request)

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DPD

Express shipping costs are calculated individually.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping cost depends on:

  • destination country
  • weight and size of the parcel
  • shipping method
  • insurance (optional)

Exact shipping cost is shown at checkout or communicated by email before payment.


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU countries: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.


5. Tracking

Most parcels include a tracking number.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for:

  • import taxes
  • customs duties
  • local VAT
  • any additional border fees

We do not control these charges and cannot estimate them.

EU-to-EU shipments do not require customs clearance.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because of:

  • incorrect or incomplete address
  • unclaimed parcel
  • refusal to accept delivery

the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • contact us within 48 hours
  • provide photos and order number

We will investigate the case with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund when possible.


9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately depending on availability and warehouse location.
You will not be charged extra for split shipments unless otherwise agreed.
