These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases and use of the website ricambi.lv, operated by SIA Ricambi Crew (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Latvia.

We supply motorcycle parts, accessories, and related components.

  • Product descriptions and photos are for informational purposes.
  • Availability may vary.
  • We reserve the right to update product information at any time.

If an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer:

  • replacement,
  • refund,
  • or extended delivery time.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are shown in EUR.

VAT is applied according to EU regulations:

  • Latvia/EU consumers: price includes VAT
  • EU businesses: reverse charge may apply (valid VAT number required)
  • Non-EU customers: VAT 0%, customs/import taxes may apply

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

4. Ordering and Payment

To place an order:

  1. Add items to cart
  2. Provide correct billing and shipping details
  3. Complete payment

We accept:

  • bank transfer
  • card payments
  • PayPal / Revolut / other payment services
  • other methods if stated on the website

An order is confirmed only after full payment.

We may cancel or reject orders if:

  • payment fails
  • product is unavailable
  • fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
  • information provided is incorrect

5. Shipping

Shipping is carried out according to our Shipping Policy.

Key points:

  • processing time 1–3 days
  • delivery via postal services or couriers
  • tracking provided when available
  • customer is responsible for customs fees (non-EU)
  • shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy.

Key points:

  • 14-day return window for EU consumers
  • items must be unused and in original packaging
  • electrical and electronic parts are non-returnable
  • return shipping paid by the customer
  • refunds issued within 5–10 business days after inspection

7. Warranty

Products are covered by:

  • EU consumer warranty laws (24 months for consumers)
  • 12-month warranty for B2B clients unless otherwise specified

Warranty does not cover:

  • incorrect installation
  • racing or non-standard use
  • physical damage
  • normal wear and tear

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • any damage resulting from improper installation
  • use of incompatible parts
  • losses due to vehicle downtime
  • indirect or consequential damages

Always ensure correct fitment before installation.
