Right to Return (EU Consumer Rules)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a <strong>consumer based in the European Union<\/strong>, you have the right to return purchased goods within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> after receiving them, without giving any reason (EU \u201cRight of Withdrawal\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This does <strong>not<\/strong> apply to B2B purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Conditions for a Return<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the item must be <strong>unused<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>must be in <strong>original packaging<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>must include all original accessories, labels, and documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you must provide <strong>proof of purchase<\/strong> (invoice or order email)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Items That Cannot Be Returned<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following items are <strong>non-returnable<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>electrical components<\/strong> (sensors, ECUs, coils, relays, pumps, switches)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>electronic modules<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>special orders \/ custom orders<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>items that were installed, tested, mounted, or show signs of use<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>fluids<\/strong>, chemical products, oils<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products damaged due to improper installation or use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This rule follows standard motorcycle and automotive parts return policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Return Procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To request a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email us at <strong><a>info@ricambi.lv<\/a><\/strong> with\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reason for return (optional for consumers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for confirmation and return instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send the item to the return address we provide.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return shipping costs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of our mistake (wrong item shipped), we cover the cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If approved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>refund will be issued within <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to the <strong>same payment method<\/strong> that was used for purchase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>delivery charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>return shipping costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs\/import duties (if any)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Damaged or Defective Items<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>photos of the item<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photos of packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>order number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
